Important Client Information

Client must provide all such materials and documents needed by charlettasweb.com to fulfill contract within two (2) months of date of contract or contract is void.

Charlettasweb.com cannot guarantee that the domain you request will be available. If not, we will contact you with alternate choices. Domain will be registered under Charlettasweb.com and will be transferred to clients' name at cancellation of hosting services . All accounts must be current.

Non-payment will result in forfeiture of site, late payment fees and possibly a reconnect fee. Accounts are due on the 1rst of every month unless otherwise noted. Payment received after the 5th of subsequent month is subject to late fees. Accounts that are delinquent more than 2 months may be temporarily disconnected and will be subject to a reconnect fee unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

Either party may terminate this contract at any time with 3-weeks proper notice after the page design has been completed. Clients may not terminate contract until page(s) has been completed. Any changes made after contract has been signed and initial site design is approved are subject to additional fees of 45.00 per hour.

No refunds will be given on setup fees - no exceptions.

Charlettasweb.com grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the web site or products produced. This license does not entitle client to sell or otherwise grant others the use of this document or products produced. Client may NOT permit other indivduals to use the product or content produced except with written consent of Charlettasweb.com except under the terms listed above; permit concurrent use of the product, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the product(s); copy the products other than specified as above, rent, lease or grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer the rights to the products; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the product(s). Title, ownership rights, and intellectual rights in the products shall remain to Charlettasweb.com.

Charlettasweb.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Charlettasweb.com will not create or produce sites of an adult content or that is harmful for children in any way. Every effort will be made to prevent copy of any photo containing a child's image. Charlettasweb is committed to quality and integrity in web site design/development. Your site will be hosted by a reputable hosting service and monitored daily.

Charlettasweb.com will submit your site to search engines using a free search engine submission site. Charlettasweb.com does not guarantee automatic traffic. Charlettasweb.com WILL NOT use any type of spamming to promote clients sites.
